Q. Where can I find out what units are available

Q. Is this condo complex pet-friendly? Are there any restrictions on pets?
A. Carver Pointe is a pet-friendly condominium. We do have pet restrictions according to size, weight, and temperament of your pet. Upon leasing, there will be an additional monthly fee for pets starting at $25.
Q. Does the property accept electronic payments for residents?
A. Rent is made payable to Parole Associates LLC and at any point, tenants can choose to pay via direct deposit. We also accept checks and money orders.
Q. How do I submit a maintenance request?
A. Maintenance requests can be submitted to maintenance@chesapeake-properties.com or our emergency maintenance telephone line 443-818-7146.
Q. I am a vendor and would like to do work on the property, who should I contact?
A. Contact us directly at info@chesapeake-properties.com.
Q. What are the duration of your leases?
A. We offer traditional 12 month or 6 month leases for our tenants. Some of our other options include short term rentals in fully-furnished condo units. Whether you are only around for a few months on a business endeavor or looking for a long-term rental, we are happy to accommodate you.
